European shoppers are increasingly using their mobile phones to buy goods and services, a new report has found.
10% of European shoppers surveyed for the report said they already use their mobile for e-commerce, while a further 20% said they intend to do so in the future.
Commissioned by Akamai, the report also revealed that shoppers who use multiple channels to find goods and services spend between 15% and 30% more than those who only use one channel.
