Microsoft has officially launched the latest version of its Internet Explorer web browser.
Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) has been released today, exactly twelve months after its first Platform Preview. It can downloaded from the Microsoft website.
The release of IE9 comes less than a week after Google released version 10 of its Chrome web browser, stating that the new release offered faster browsing speeds and better security.
