The iPhone 4S officially went on sale in the UK on Friday.
Pre-orders for the new version of the iPhone topped one million on the first day customers could first register to buy one of the new handsets and customers waited outside Apple stores overnight to pick up the new phone when it officially went on sale.
As discussed in a blog last week, the iPhone 4S has the same look and feel as the iPhone 4. However, it is 3g lighter and has new features, such as the delivery of faster performance and better graphics through a dual-core A5 chip, an upgraded camera with advanced optics, 1080p HD resolution video recording and a Siri voice control system.
