According to a recently-released research report, almost a third of UK consumers have made a purchase using a mobile website in the last twelve months, and 26% having done so using a mobile app.
The report was prepared by EpiServer, who surveyed over 1,000 UK consumers about their use of Internet-enabled mobile devices.
EpiServer additionally found that 25% of online consumers will switch to a competitor’s website if the first mobile website they visit is not working, while 64% will only give a mobile website an average of three chances to work before moving on.
